Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Support:

  • Prepare and process PRs (Purchase Requisitions) and POs (Purchase Orders) as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and invoice follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of all PRs/POs and ensure timely approvals and closures.
  • Support in vendor empanelment and documentation.

2. Front Office Management:

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Attend incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Greet and assist visitors and guests professionally.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and office correspondence.

3. Administrative Coordination:

  • Assist in office facility management (stationery, pantry, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support needs.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements as required.
