Role & responsibilities

Candidates with experience in Administration, General Management, Canteen, and Transportation Management within a manufacturing industry are preferred.

Languages: Proficiency in English, Proficiency in Hindi, and Telugu (both written and spoken) is required.

Core responsibilities

  • Office management:

    Overseeing office maintenance, cleanliness, and supplies, including procurement and inventory.
  • Scheduling and coordination:

    Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and events, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Communication:

    Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Record-keeping:

    Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, databases, and confidential documents.
  • Administrative support:

    Assisting with tasks like data entry, report and presentation preparation, and basic financial duties such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Departmental support:

    Providing administrative assistance to various departments, including HR and finance.
  • Compliance:

    Ensuring office policies, procedures, and safety regulations are followed.
