  • Coordinate office admin tasks: stationery, housekeeping, vendor management, meeting room bookings
  • Maintain internal reports & records using

  • Oversee petty cash, travel bookings, and event coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments & external vendors
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming front-office environment

What Were Looking For

  • Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred)
  • 2–6 years of experience in Admin / Front Desk / Office Coordination
  • Strong communication skills in

    English & Hindi

  • Advanced Excel proficiency

    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
  • Presentable, confident, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Prior experience in a

    corporate office setup

    is a plus
