Job Description

As an Administration Associate at Pinakin Minerals, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of administrative tasks. With your strong knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel, coupled with excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written), you will be instrumental in supporting our team and facilitating effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports, presentations, and documents using the MS-Office suite.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Assist in the organization of meetings, conferences, and other company events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Support the HR department in recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and operational.
