As an Administration Associate at DoorVi, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts and e-commerce operations. We are seeking a tech-savvy individual who is proficient in using digital marketing tools, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word to help streamline our administrative processes and contribute to the growth of our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the e-commerce team in maintaining product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Create engaging presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to showcase key performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on projects.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative strategies for growth.
