Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administration tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and basic documentation.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with admin-related tasks.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and facilities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 13 years of experience in administration/office support (freshers can apply if skilled).
