Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative staff and assign responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Create, maintain, and update records and databases containing personnel and other relevant data.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Coordinate and manage domestic & international travel bookings, including flights, trains, buses, and hotels.
  • Handle ticket bookings and ensure timely travel arrangements for employees.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, travel desk executive, or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and corporate travel booking systems.
