Founded in 2010, YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals) is a registered charity based in Mumbai. YODA aims for a city free from animal cruelty and focuses on providing prompt medical services for abandoned, injured, or ill-treated homeless animals. The organization also engages in the behavioral rehabilitation of mentally disturbed animals, vaccination, and sterilization of stray dogs and cats, and shelters animals until they are fit for adoption or release. YODA also emphasizes education and awareness to promote a better human-animal coexistence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Receptionist located in Mumbai. The Admin & Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors. The role includes clerical duties such as maintaining records, handling correspondence, and ensuring office supplies are well-stocked. The Admin & Receptionist will also assist in customer service efforts, providing information and support to visitors and callers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative tasks is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
