Conduct product demonstrations or counseling sessions to explain course details, benefits, pricing, and outcomes. Manage the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation to enrollment and payment closure. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions. Collaborate with marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality. Keep accurate records of interactions, feedback, and conversions using CRM tools. Travel between the various South Kolkata centers as and when required (Chinar Park). Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive and customer-focused approach. Ability to understand and explain academic programs. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
