Job Description

· Attend and manage all Administrative activities of the Branches and HO of the Society

· Arrange various meeting for society.

· Coordination of all purchase of activities of Branch and HO

· Collection of quotation for requirements and negotiate as per the specification.

· Arrangement of Periodical Business reviews for Departments as per management approval.

· Oversee and make sure the Branch, CFC, Other offices opening and Maintenance work.

· Monitor the Purchase requirement and submit approvals Processing

· Associating Development activities and Plans with team.

· Authorisation/ Recommendations of Files for approval.

· Update Office Policies on regular basis.

· Ensure quality of work assigned for the department.

· Find out cost effective methods for purchase/Constructions.

· Studies, implements, and orders new products and services to be offered by the company.

· Manage office supplies stock and placing order ,Timley delivery of product/Service.

· Organise a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

· Prepare/Authorise notes for approval for various purchase

· Answer queries by employees and clients

· Update office policies as needed

· Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

· Book meeting rooms as required

· Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

· Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned

· Arrange travel and accommodations

· Schedule in-house and external events.

· Manage custody of stock of stationery.

· Ensure timely opening and closing of Offices/Registered office.

· Ensure proper maintenance of Branches, CFC, RO

· Timely payment to vendors for all service (Telephone, Network, Data Service, IT Service, hardware and other payment).

· Ensure target base work completion of all purchase projects etc.

· Prompt payment to vendors as per approval.

· Ensure sufficient stock for stationery.

· Co-ordinate Housekeeping Service.

· Custodian of asset register and asset of HO

· Ensure regular updates of store/asset in system or register.

· Custodian of agreement of branches,CFC, HO and other general agreements in safe custody

· Custodian of key of all branches, CFC,HO in safe

Other Requirements

· Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role

· Solid knowledge of office procedures

· Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

· Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude

· The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a company and is in charge of specific departments (such as finance, HR, and sales),

· Working in a team with top-level executives to devise strategies and policies to meet company goals. Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of various departments, such as finance, sales, HR, and marketing.

· Managing budgets, hiring and contracting, and business negotiations.

· Analyzing audit reports and formulating improvements to departmental workings.

· Coordinating inter-departmental activities and delegating responsibilities to subordinates.

· Compiling performance reports and reporting to the CEO and board of directors.

· Ensuring all IRS laws, government regulations, and SEC rules are met.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
