Roles and Responsibilities: -
Planning and Implementing Administrative Processes:
Developing and implementing efficient systems and procedures for various administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, scheduling, and communication.
Managing Operations:
Overseeing facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
Managing Budgets and Expenses:
Monitoring and controlling administrative costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring
compliance with financial policies.
Ensuring Compliance:
Staying informed about and ensuring adherence to relevant policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Providing Support to Management:
Assisting managers with administrative tasks, preparing reports, and coordinating
meetings.
Managing Inventory and Procurement:
Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient procurement processes.
Improving Processes:
Identifying areas for improvement in administrative processes and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaising with External Parties:
Acting as a point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintaining Records:
Keeping accurate and organized records of administrative activities and data.
Other administrative task
Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments and events as and when required
