Job Summary: The Admin Manager will oversee all administrative operations within the school, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning in alignment with CBSE norms and school policies. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff, vendors, and authorities effectively. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field. 5–10 years of experience in administration for an educational institution. Strong knowledge of school operations and CBSE guidelines. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP systems. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and with integrity. Desirable Qualities: Organized and proactive with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with teaching and non-teaching staff. Problem-solving mindset and capability to handle emergencies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
