Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation
• Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communication
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the office environment
• Assist the HR or Admin team in daily operations and event planning
• Manage courier, postal, and office logistics as required
• Provide front-desk coverage and handle basic visitor management tasks
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or office experience (not mandatory)
• Familiarity with administrative systems or tools is a plus
