About The Role

Lab Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of lab records, reports, and operational data.
• Update and maintain internal tracking sheets, logs, and databases.
• Assist the team with daily desk work, documentation, and administrative support.
• Coordinate with lab staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Help with organizing and managing lab files—both digital and physical.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures related to documentation and data handling.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Lab Manager or operations team.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn lab documentation and admin processes.
