Job Description

An Admin Head, also known as an Administrative Manager or Head of Administration, is responsible for overseeing and managing an organization's administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves supervising administrative staff, developing and implementing office policies, managing budgets, and coordinating various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising Administrative Staff:Hiring, training, and managing administrative personnel (e.g., receptionists, administrative assistants).
  • Developing and Implementing Policies:Creating and enforcing office policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Managing Budgets:Overseeing the administrative budget, monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Ensuring Facility Maintenance:Managing office facilities, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational.
  • Coordinating Administrative Tasks:Overseeing daily office operations, including document management, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Liaison with Stakeholders:Acting as a point of contact for internal departments and external vendors, building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ensuring Compliance:Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
  • Strategic Planning:Contributing to the development of organizational strategies by providing administrative input.

Essential Skills:

  • Leadership and Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide guidance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues, escalating to higher management when necessary.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and potentially other relevant systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
