Admin Executive

Role Overview: As a Financial Assistant, your main role will involve reconciling all bank accounts and addressing any issues related to processing financial statements. You will also be responsible for directing marketers, clients, and third-party vendors regarding their respective responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to maintain efficient client services, support administration staff, receive and verify bills, and assist in audit activities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, send, and store invoices promptly - Assist in preparing and submitting tax forms - Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets - Process general administration functions - Evaluate agreements and invoices, organize customer contracts - Analyze transactions in line with financial policies and procedures - Offer support to the finance team as required - Create and manage daily paperwork for mailing and invoicing - Assist accountants, prepare cash flow reports and data - Prepare records of minutes of meetings - Maintain and manage monthly journals, update entries, and maintain sub-ledger Qualifications Required: - Total work experience: 3 years (Preferred) Company Details: Cell phone reimbursement is provided as a benefit.
