Job Description

*Admin Executive * with *1+ year* of work experience required in a *stock broking organisation* located at *Nariman Point* , Mumbai

JD:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
*Handle incoming calls, emails, and route them appropriately*
*Manage front desk duties, including couriers, deliveries, and visitor entries*
*Schedule appointments and handle conference room allocations*
Assist the Admin and HR teams with basic clerical and coordination tasks
*Maintain and update visitor logs, contact lists, and records*
Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
*Handle basic office inventory such as stationery, refreshments, and supplies*

Salary up to *Rs 25,000 per month*
