Job Description

Handling the entire gamut of administrative activities mentioned below:

· Handling Housekeeping team and maintaining their attendance.

· Handling all kinds of administrative bills viz. Electricity, Stationery, Water etc….

· Coordinating with all vendors for bills and ensuring timely payment disbursals.

· Checking and replenishing stationery as and when needed.

· Timely checking company asset fitting & fixtures and ensuring the task is completed by the vendor.

· Maintaining office decorum.

· Assisting the HR in handling the attendance, interviews & vendor co-ordination, joining formalities, maintaining personnel files, employee engagement activities etc…

· Communication - Good communication skills in English

· Language – English/Hindi/ Marathi

· Experience –

o Proven work experience in Administration

o Handled a team of housekeeping staff

o Attendance Management

o Compliance

o Vendor Management

o Demonstrable leadership abilities

o Sound judgement

· Qualification - Minimum Graduation

· Should have his own 2-wheeler vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
