Key Responsibilities:
Canteen Management
Oversee daily operations of the canteen.
Ensure quality, hygiene, and timely food service.
Coordinate with vendors and handle billing/expenses.
Security Management
Supervise security staff and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Monitor entry/exit records of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Coordinate with agencies for manpower and compliance.
Housekeeping & Garden
Manage housekeeping team for cleanliness and sanitation of the premises.
Ensure maintenance of washrooms, common areas, and office space.
Oversee gardening and landscaping activities.
Reception & Front Office
Supervise reception desk activities (calls, visitors, couriers).
Ensure proper visitor management system.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
Transportation
Manage company-owned/contract vehicles.
Ensure timely pick-up/drop services for staff.
Maintain vehicle documents, fuel usage, and driver schedules.
Office Administration & Stationery
Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory management.
Maintain records of assets, consumables, and usage.
Support administrative documentation and record-keeping.
