Job Title: Admin Executive

Location: Raipura chowk
Experience: 0-1years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and supervise support staff including office boys. The role requires strong organizational skills, coordination ability, and the capability to ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle overall office administration and facility management.
Supervise office boys, housekeeping staff, and ensure proper allocation of tasks.
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry stock, and vendor coordination.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the office premises.
Support management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
Maintain records of attendance, petty cash, and other admin-related documentation.
Assist HR/Management in onboarding support and general office operations.
Resolve day-to-day issues related to staff and office maintenance.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Administration/Management).
Good communication and coordination skills.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and staff effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
