Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and support various departments. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in administrative roles, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, facility management, and housekeeping coordination.
  • Vendor Management: Handle procurement, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with office vendors.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
  • Travel & Accommodation: Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for employees as required.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain company records, contracts, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • IT & Infrastructure Coordination: Collaborate with IT support to ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees with administrative queries and onboarding formalities.
  • Security & Safety: Ensure workplace safety measures and security protocols are in place.
