Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, support various departments, and contribute to a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventories
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain records and documentation in an organized manner
Assist in organizing meetings, travel, and company events
Monitor housekeeping, office maintenance, and cleanliness
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Preferred Attributes

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
13 years of relevant administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
