Job Description

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The role involves assisting colleagues and executives, handling office tasks, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities: Handle routine clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management. Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, letters, etc.). Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement. Support HR and Accounts departments with documentation and filing. Prepare reports, memos, and letters as required. Handle visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management. Key Skills & Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Professional attitude and appearance.
