Manage daily office operations and ensure cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the workspace
Maintain records and files, both physical and digital
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, courier, etc.)
Support HR and accounting departments with administrative tasks when needed
Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations
Oversee travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff, if required
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
13 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
