Job Summary:

Admin Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the workspace

  • Maintain records and files, both physical and digital

  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, courier, etc.)

  • Support HR and accounting departments with administrative tasks when needed

  • Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations

  • Oversee travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff, if required

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)

  • 13 years of experience in an administrative or office management role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
