As we expand our operations, we are looking for an Admin Executive to join our Vadodara office and support our growing team. This role requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Assist Head Office on a daily basis and implement HO instructions effectively Attend meetings and follow up on strategies and action items Manage meeting bookings, schedules, and keep executives updated on ongoing tasks Ensure company policies, SOPs, and procedures are documented and maintained Handle banking tasks and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders (banks, government offices, vendors, etc.) Coordinate with Accounts and HR teams for smooth operations Liaise with branch offices and report regularly to Head Office Support the Marketing team with scheduling, campaigns, and follow-ups Coordinate with the Technical team for software/app-related issues and resolutions Communicate daily with CM to monitor branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies Gather and maintain monthly branch expenses and revenue data for accounts team Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and setup for both office staff and carers Monitor daily field visits by branch staff and ensure timely reporting Provide proactive problem-solving, task prioritisation, and flexible support to achieve company goals Maintain professional, polite, and effective communication across all levels
