Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin Executive located in Mumbai. The Admin Executive will handle daily administrative tasks, which include executive administrative assistance, general administration, and communication. The role also requires excellent interpersonal skills to manage interactions within the team and with clients. The Admin Executive will assist with scheduling, documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administration skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Administrative Assistance experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with office software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is preferred
