Job Overview:
Packseal is looking for an enthusiastic Admin Cum Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in accounting principles and proficiency in Tally ERP 9. This position offers an opportunity to grow in a dynamic Packaging Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) using Tally ERP 9.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor cash flow and prepare monthly financial reports.
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers when needed.
Manage inventory of office supplies and support procurement activities.
Assist HR in maintaining attendance, leave records, and basic employee data.
Support management in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: B. Com (Graduates preferred).
Experience: 2 to 4 years in accounting, with strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and exposure to administrative tasks.
Skills:
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Language: Hindi, English, Gujarati
