Admin cum Accountant cum Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented female professional to join our team as an Admin cum Accountant cum Telecaller.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Accounting Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including file organization, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, ledger maintenance, and preparing basic financial reports.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and vendor payments accurately.
  • Assist with payroll and basic HR documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper organization of all records.

Telecalling & Customer Relations

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to generate leads or support sales.
  • Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide information professionally.
  • Maintain call logs and update customer data in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Meet daily and weekly telecalling targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidates only.
  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Degree preferred).
  • Prior experience in administration, accounting, or telecalling is a plus - freshers are welcome with the willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and office management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and [local language].
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required; Tally / CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Must be comfortable working in a baby-friendly environment.

Pay: ₹8,336.03 - ₹13,000.00 per month
