Job Description

Job Title: Admin Coordinator

Department: Administration

Experience: Minimum 1 Years

Location: Surat (Local candidates preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day office coordination and administrative work

* Prepare letters, reports, and documents using accurate typing

* Communicate effectively in Gujarati (reading, writing, speaking)

* Maintain files, records, and office documentation

* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and visitors

* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

* Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups

* Ensure smooth office operations and discipline

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Proficiency in Gujarati language (mandatory)

* Good typing speed and accuracy

* Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Ability to multitask and handle routine office work

Qualifications:

* Graduate in any discipline

* Office administration or typing certification preferred

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 1 years of experience as Office Coordinator / Admin Assistant

Other Requirements:

* Local Surat candidates preferred

* Immediate joiners preferred
