Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking
  • Event Management - Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Asset Management - Tracking and maintenance
  • Raising Facility request/services
  • Creating SAP request
  • Calendar Management Booking conference rooms, schedule meetings for Directors etc
  • Travel Management Cab booking, hotel booking, coordinate for Airline ticket etc
  • Expense report filing

Skills Required

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities
  • Time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures of business operations
  • Written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of SAP shopping carts
  • Working knowledge of Concur

  • Shift timing General Shift
  • WFO - 5 Days
