Key Roles & Responsibilities Planning various meetings and events happening in the firm and to manage bookings, etc Maintaining cordial relations with clients and vendor. Attending calls at front desk and assisting accordingly Creating & Maintaining databases/trackers for various activities Preparing daily & weekly productivity reports. Tracking new enquires through mails & calls and follow up the same until conversion & payments. Preparing drafts of proposals based on inputs received. Coordinating for procuring / Renewing DSC’s Handling recruitment of Associates & shortlisting Interns Coordinating & ensure publication of articles/blogs on website & Socials. Updating the Trademark tracker and communicating any new notification from registry to the team & Client. Managing admin related activities such as stationaries, couriers, maintaining registers.
