As an Admin Assistant at our client, a leading multi-brand premium retail company in the field of eyewear with retail stores in prime locations of Ahmedabad and head office at C G Road, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. - Coordinate with vendors for procurement and inventory management, maintaining accurate records. - Perform general office management duties such as filing, record-keeping, and communication with team members. - Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Travel to stores within Ahmedabad for store-related admin requirements. Coordinate and resolve maintenance-related issues with vendors. - Assist in inventory counting and management as required in sales operations work. - Coordinate and ensure timely completion of tasks for new store openings. Establish tie-ups with new vendors, negotiate quotations, and handle related tasks.
