Admin Assistant

Role Overview: As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the admin manager in various office tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your duties will include handling basic office tasks, maintaining office supplies, overseeing housekeeping and security, managing vendors, coordinating visitor activities, and handling courier and pantry supplies efficiently. Additionally, you must be prepared for outdoor work and emergencies. Key Responsibilities: - Handling basic office tasks such as mailing, documentation, filing, and attending phone calls. - Maintaining office stationery and keeping records up to date. - Ensuring the first aid box is well-maintained and stocked. - Overseeing housekeeping and security management. - Preparing housekeeping and security attendance sheets for billing purposes. - Managing vendors and coordinating with them as needed. - Managing visitors and ensuring a smooth visitor management process. - Taking care of pest control and coordinating necessary actions. - Handling courier management efficiently. - Managing pantry supplies and ensuring availability of necessary items. - Handling demands for consumable stores and ensuring their availability. - Being ready for outdoor work as required. - Being prepared to attend to any emergencies, accidents, or illnesses of workers. Qualification Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred - Experience: Total work experience of 1 year preferred Company Additional Details: The company prefers male candidates for this role.
