Job Description

The Assistant – Administration will support daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. This includes clerical duties,logistics coordination, vendor support, and assisting in basic finance and IT-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle general clerical work, data entry, filing, and scheduling.

2. Assist in basic financial transactions and documentation.

3. Manage office inventory and reorder supplies as needed.

4. Arrange travel and accommodation for employees.

5. Coordinate courier, dispatch, and mail handling.

6. Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping staff.

7. Perform printing, scanning, and photocopying tasks.

8. Collect vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for processing.

9. Maintain the asset register and update records.

10. Report basic IT issues to the concerned team/person.

Requirements:

 Graduate in any discipline.

 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience.

 Good organizational and communication skills.

 Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
