Admin and telecaller Femle Candidates

1. Sales Support

• Act as the first point of contact for the field sales team for any operational or customer-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.
• Provide prompt support through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

2. Online Coordination

• Use CRM and internal tools to update customer information, sales leads, and status of orders.
• Monitor and manage online orders or inquiries coming from various channels (e-commerce platforms, company portals, etc.).
• Track and share updates with the sales team in real-time.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (e.g., sales performance, order tracking, stock availability).
• Collate field data shared by sales reps and create actionable insights for management.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

4. Communication & Follow-Up

• Regular follow-up with sales representatives for updates on sales visits, order status, and customer feedback.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or leadership team.
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
• Generate leads or sales through cold/warm calling.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Update CRM or database with call details and outcomes.
