Job Description

Job Title: Admin & Accounts

Location: Bund Garden, Pune

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal coordination.
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding documentation and record maintenance.

Accounts Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and follow-up on payments.
  • Assist in GST compliance, basic TDS entries, and statutory documentation.
  • Maintain records of expenses, reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Support month-end closing and audit-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.
  • Exposure to GST, TDS, and compliance documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
