NR consulting is hiring for Associate Director - US Healthcare Recruitments: Experience - 8+ years in US Staffing (5+ years in Healthcare Staffing) Requirement:- Total Experience 8+ years in US Staffing. Should have a minimum of 5+ years in healthcare staffing, specifically into delivery. Should have experience in developing strategies for healthcare delivery. Should have experience in creating attractive pay packages for healthcare professionals (Nurses, Technicians etc.) Extensive experience working with Application Tracking Solution like Job diva etc. Experience in successfully leading and managing a team of 20+ people. Should have experience in sourcing of healthcare people from different channels along with job portals. Should have experience in taking new initiatives for to improve delivery & coverage.
