Ad Manager

Serving USA & Europe Clients | In-Office, Ahmedabad

We’re looking for a Performance-Driven Ad Manager who knows how to turn clicks into conversions. If you live and breathe data, enjoy experimenting with ad creatives, and can manage campaigns with precision, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Audience Targeting: Build precise audience segments using advanced targeting tools.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare actionable reports.
• Budget Optimization: Allocate budgets smartly to maximize ROI and minimize wasted spend.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with the design and content team to create compelling ad creatives & copy.
• A/B Testing: Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and funnels to boost conversions.
• Funnel Strategy: Align ad campaigns with sales funnels to generate high-quality leads.
• Stay Ahead: Keep updated on the latest trends, ad policies, and growth hacks.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of proven experience in paid ad management
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (certifications a plus)
• Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel metrics
• Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative mindset to test new ad angles and formats
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
