Job Title: Ad Manager

Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Ad Manager to handle performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and scaling lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Optimize campaigns for best ROI, CPL, and conversions
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Manage ad budgets efficiently
Suggest creative improvements for better results
Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in running paid ads
Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads dashboards
Knowledge of pixel and tracking setup
Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
Basic understanding of landing pages and funnels
Good communication and teamwork skills
