Ad Manager

Are you someone who loves experimenting with ads, analyzing results, and finding creative ways to make campaigns perform better?

Shunya & Co. India is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our growing team! 🚀 (You will get a chance to work on big client projects)

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Run and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

Assist in planning and executing ad campaigns for both our agency and our clients.

Track campaign performance, analyze results, and share key insights.

Help in creating ad copies, creatives, and testing new ad formats.

Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

Basic understanding and hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

Interest in digital marketing and paid media.

Analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

💼 Bonus Points If You:

Have previously run small-scale campaigns (even personal projects count!).

Know a bit about Google Ads or other platforms.

Understand basic metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS.

📅 Duration:

3–6 months internship (Performance-based full-time role opportunity after completion)
