Job Description

Role & responsibilities

3-5 years of experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
Provide L2 support for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.
Troubleshoot and resolve AD replication, authentication, and trust relationship issues.
Manage user and group accounts, organizational units (OUs), and access permissions.
Perform regular health checks, audits, and maintenance of the AD environment.
Support AD-integrated applications and services, ensuring seamless integration.
Collaborate with L3 teams for escalated issues and project implementations.
Document configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
Strong knowledge of AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and LDAP.
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
Familiarity with AD Federation Services (ADFS) and Azure AD Sync.
Understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Azure Administrator Associate.
Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
Experience with hybrid identity environments.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
