Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
Monitor progress, prepare status reports, and escalate critical issues when needed.
Conduct project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Operating Systems: Good understanding of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.
Security & Hardening: Basics of server hardening, patch management, and endpoint security.
Understanding of firewall rules, antivirus solutions, and SIEM integration.
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, routing/switching.
Knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers.
Common protocols: HTTP/S, FTP, DNS, SNMP, NTP, SSH, Telnet, RDP.
Understanding of wireless access points (APs), controllers, and coverage planning
LAN cabling standards, PoE requirements, patch panel basics.
