AD - GPO Management Device Management Gal Sync (Operational Level) Active Directory Monitoring & Reporting - User account creation, deletion, password resets, and unlocks in Active Directory, Basic group membership management, (adding/removing users from groups), Perform AD object moves and basic OU assignments -Handling basic access related tickets and service requests, escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams, Update and maintain documentation of AD processes and runbooks -Hands on Experience on ticketing systems like ServiceNow, SC3. Identitiy & Accesss Management User creation in Active Directoty: Admin, or bulk normal acconut information Monitoring and reporting associated with the reliability and security of the domain. Perform daily monitoring. Domain Controller Management Secure remote administration of the DCs and member servers managed by the Infrastructure Group User account creation, deletion, password resets, and unlocks in Active Directory, Basic group membership management (adding/removing users from groups), Perform AD object moves and basic OU assignments, Handling basic accessrelated tickets and service requests, Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams, Update and maintain documentation of AD processes and runbooks, Hands on Experience on ticketing systems like ServiceNow, SC3
