Action Learning Certification - Growth Analytics (3 months with the possibility of extension) Contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives and client projects. We’re looking for driven, curious, and detail-oriented interns to support our internal teams and client-facing engagements through rigorous research, data analysis, and strategic communication. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of market intelligence, consulting, and business strategy. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to several of the Chairman and Board’s strategic initiatives as well as support a diverse range of client projects. The role requires strong research, analytical, and communication skills, with tasks changing dynamically based on project priorities and organizational needs. Application Process Each candidate will be assigned a short task as part of the application. Selected candidates will be invited for a brief interview based on their submissions. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Strategic Communication Draft presentation decks, briefing documents, and proposal content for internal strategy projects and client engagements. Support high-level email outreach to industry leaders and stakeholders; strong written communication skills and attention to detail are key. Market & Industry Research Conduct thorough secondary research across a range of sectors using publicly available sources, licensed databases, and proprietary platforms. Summarize key insights to support consulting analyses, internal projects, and high-level decision-making. Data Extraction, Analytics & Insights Analyze and visualize large datasets to generate actionable business insights. Provide recommendations based on trends, gaps, and patterns identified through data.
