Create Stir, Inc. is building a next‑gen content distribution platform for filmmakers. Our best-in-class VOD marketplace empowers filmmakers, studios, and producers to monetize their work directly while reaching engaged global audiences.

We’re looking for a driven and well-connected Acquisitions Executive to expand our library by securing films and series from large catalog holders, distributors, and studios. This role exists to actively source high-quality titles and form strategic partnerships that align with the Create Stir mission.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new acquisitions by identifying and sourcing high-value titles from indie producers, distributors, studios, and sales agents.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across the industry.
• Close strategic deals that align with the Create Stir licensing and monetization model.
• Work cross-functionally with operations and acquisitions onboarding teams to ensure the smooth execution of licensing agreements.
• Help shape Create Stir's broader catalog strategy by identifying genre, territory, and platform gaps.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in movie/film/title acquisitions, distribution licensing, or sales within film, TV, or streaming.
• A strong connection across Bollywood and the indie ecosystem; an active network across filmmakers, reps, producers, and boutique distributors.
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing acquisition deals.
• Strong grasp of rights, windows, licensing models, and VOD economics.
• Clear, persuasive communicator and trusted relationship‑builder; comfortable as a public-facing spokesperson.
• Data-aware with a disciplined, self-starter mindset suited to an early-stage environment.

At Create Stir, we take a transparent, structured approach to compensation. Offers are based on market data, your experience, location, and how the role fits within our leveling framework. Compensation is structured on a revenue-sharing basis tied to titles you successfully onboard, with higher upside as performance scales. Includes performance incentives and bonuses for meeting acquisition targets and portfolio milestones.
