Acquisitions and Portfolio Buyouts-ARC-VP

As a Vice President at our large Asset Reconstruction Company, you will play a strategic and critical leadership role by heading the Acquisitions, Portfolio buyouts & strategic partnerships for the ARC. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the B2B growth and strategic expansion by sourcing loan pools (retail, SME, unsecured, or secured) from financial institutions for internal collections. - Sell digital collections as a service to external financial institutions seeking scalable, tech-driven recovery solutions. - Manage business development, relationship management, revenue growth, and coordinate with internal collections and technology teams. - Supervise a team of investment analysts to support deal evaluation, performance tracking, and portfolio insights. Qualifications: - You should have 20+ years of total experience with a mix of heading collections and sourcing portfolio buyouts in a B2B leadership role. - Strong expertise in evaluating deals in terms of valuation, recovery potential, legal enforceability, and regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in digital collections & analytics. - Well networked in the NBFC/Banks B2B ecosystem.
