Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Recruitment Consultant-BFSI role located in Powai- Mumbai. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for hiring senior and mid level talent, consulting with clients, conducting interviews. The right person would be high on closure orientation, data mining and must possess strong communication skills. The role is a work from office role with working hours being 9-6 (Monday to Saturday) Qualifications Interviewing and Communication skills Experience in Recruiting top talent in BFSI Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships Knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Salary and Incentives The salary will be best in the industry and incentives are in the top 10 percentile Show more Show less
