We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisition Manager Pipeline to join our Retail Banking team in Punjab, India.As an Acquisition Manager Pipeline, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers for our current account products. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing our market share in the retail banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers for current account products in Punjab, India
• Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, professionals, and other potential customers
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our current account products to potential customers
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure a seamless customer onboarding process
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the management team
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of current account products and the retail banking industry in India
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within Punjab, India as required
