Summary
As a Digital Analytics Platform Manager, you will be responsible for conducting user experience assessments on websites/apps, analyzing digital analytics capabilities, and providing recommendations to optimize the analytics stack. You will gather business requirements, translate them into architectural designs, and guide teams in integrating analytics technologies into digital platforms. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct user experience assessments and optimize analytics stack.


  • Gather and translate business requirements into architectural designs.


  • Guide integration of analytics technologies into digital platforms.


  • Analyze integration aspects between analytics and allied systems.


  • Design digital analytics data inclusion for customer 360 view.


  • Understand customer journey and improve marketing initiatives.


  • Implement integrations and manage tags.


  • Convey impact of regulations like HIPPA, CCPA, GDPR.


  • Produce reports from databases and logs.


  • Implement analytics through tag management and visualization tools.


  • Integrate external data sources for unified customer view.

  •  Qualification 
    Professional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in digital analytics and Google Analytics integration.


  • Knowledge of website/app analytics tools and Martech/Adtech stack.


  • Understanding of collaboration between analytics and marketing technologies.


  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, APIs, and testing tools.


  • Expertise in tag management platforms and ad conversion pixel implementation.


  • Familiarity with Ads Data Hub and ad platform APIs.


  • Awareness of Ad Tech ecosystem and campaign tracking tools.


  • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI .

  • Additional Information
