Ace Infoway - Team Lead - .Net

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of developers. Lead by example, promoting best practices, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Project Management : Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Development : Hands-on coding, participating in the development process, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Code Review : Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
• Collaboration : Foster a collaborative and positive team environment. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance.
• Problem Solving : Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Provide innovative solutions to address challenges and optimize performance.
• Technical Documentation : Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, and code documentation.
  

Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Nest.js and Next.js.
• Leadership : Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, guiding and motivating development teams.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in .Net
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (Angular).
• Solid understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.
• Docker / Container
• SQL / NoSQL (Advanced Understanding)
